ChargerDojo has a free tier that needs no payment details. You can run the simulator, inspect message payloads, and run conformance suites against our sandbox peer without subscribing. We would rather you confirm the tool does what you need before any money changes hands.
Monthly plans bill every month, annual plans every year, on the date you subscribed, until you cancel.
Paid features unlock on your account as soon as payment succeeds. There is nothing to install and nothing to wait for.
Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is self-serve. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.
When a subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your saved data remains available on the free tier; features that belong to a paid plan stop working.
14-day refund on a first subscription. If ChargerDojo is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.
Renewals are not automatically refunded. Renewals happen on the schedule you agreed to when you subscribed, so we do not refund one just because it went unnoticed. If a renewal charged you at a genuinely bad moment, write to us: we read every message and we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
If the product is broken, that is on us. If a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the affected period, regardless of how long you have been subscribed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancel from your account settings, or email us and we will do it for you. For a refund, email us from the address on the account and tell us which charge you mean.
