The CPO doesn't recognize the token in its own database — this driver belongs to a different network.
Authorization succeeded.
The charger begins delivering energy.
The charger reports new meter readings.
The driver returns to their car and unplugs the cable.
The CPO marks the session as COMPLETED with the total energy delivered and final cost, then pushes the update to the EMSP.
The CPO generates a Charge Detail Record — the final bill for the session — and sends it to the EMSP.
The EMSP accepts the CDR, completes the billing cycle, and charges the driver.
